Ten Safety Guidelines

For the safety and well-being of our members and staff, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1.) Capacity will be limited to only four members at a time, and reservations will be required.  Two-day sign-up sheets will be made available outside of the Sport & Fitness Center located at the door off of West Eldorado Drive beginning at noon on Saturday, June 13.  After a day is complete, the next day's sign-up sheet will be posted.

2.) Members may sign up for one 45-minute session at the top of the hour. The remaining 15 minutes will allow additional time for deep cleaning by staff before the next group of members begin their session. To be fair to all members, please do not sign up for more than two days in a row.

3.) Upon arrival, members will sign in as usual. Limited staff will be on-site to assist with equipment and cleaning.  Similar to the clubhouse, staff will be required to wear face coverings and have their temperatures checked before the start of their shift. 

4.) You may bring a towel. Gym towels will also be provided.  We encourage you to use gym towels to cover benches while in use.

5.) Cold bottled water will be available. You may also bring your own water.  The water filtration system will not be available. 

6.) Please wash your hands with soap and warm water before you start training.  The Locker Rooms will be available for handwashing. However, lockers, showers, and steam rooms will remain closed.

7.) Cardio equipment will be spaced out.  Members are highly encouraged to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from other members and staff.

8.) Members may bring a portable music device along with headphones. 

9.) Face coverings will not be required while working out but may be worn at your discretion.

10.) Remember to sanitize your equipment BEFORE and AFTER each use with the gym wipes available in every room. 

Reminders

If you have any symptoms such as a fever, cough or difficulty breathing, or if you have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please stay home.

No matter how excited you are to be back in the gym, please don't shake hands with or high-five any members or staff.
