On-site COVID-19 Testing
Eldorado Country Club has contracted with "Concierge Nursing Direct" to offer members and their families PCR Molecular and Rapid Antigen COVID-19 testing on-site at Eldorado.
TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS, please call the Member Services desk at (760) 423-1512. Appointment times will be scheduled every 10 minutes. (Appointments are strongly recommended, but we will take walk-ins as space and time allow.) Please do not congregate with others when arriving and departing. Testing will be performed in the Eldorado Room.
IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL, please let us know prior to your arrival by contacting Member Services, and PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE BUILDING. Instead, wait outside, physically distanced from others. We will provide alternate instructions on how to enter and exit the testing site.
TWO TYPES OF TESTS WILL BE AVAILABLE: The PCR and the Antigen (Rapid Test)
Eisenhower Heath recommends the following testing sequence: PCR testing first, to learn whether you or your family members are currently infected with COVID-19. Thereafter, an Antigen test is helpful to confirm whether you have been exposed and your body has already developed it's immune response.
The PCR- COVID-19 test is performed deep nasal and will require 12-24 hours of processing time. With 97% certainty, the PCR test is considered the gold standard for clinical diagnostic detection and can detect the viral RNA of the COVID-19 virus.
Antigen test results are available in 15 minutes and have an accuracy range of 84% to 97%. Testing is accomplished through a nasal swab. If you receive a positive result with either test, you will be instructed to quarantine for 14 days.

The Club will absorb all costs for the service and the nurse. Your cost will
only be for the test, $150 per PCR test, and $100 per Antigen test. Your
member account will be billed for testing charges. Cancellations must be made
24 hours in advance, or the member will be billed a $100 cancellation or
no-show fee. Please phone Member Services (760) 423-1512 if you must
cancel your appointment.
We are pleased to be able to offer our members this level of testing on a
weekly basis, and we hope you and your visiting family will utilize this
service.
