Using resistance bands, dumbbells, and body weight exercises; this highly effective workout hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening abs and lower body whilst also improving functional strength, posture and injury prevention.
*All the exercises we do in the class have options, so it's challenging but achievable at any fitness level.
