Eldorado welcomes David Crane, a lecturer in Public Policy at Stanford University and the co-founder and president of Govern For California, a non-profit organization seeking to counter special interest influence in the California state legislature. David will provide a complimentary presentation to Eldorado members at 4:00 p.m.
