A Special Meeting of the Members of Eldorado Country Club will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at the Clubhouse for the purpose of updating the members on the Spa & Fitness Improvement Project. Members are encouraged to attend in person. However, those not able to attend in person may attend through Zoom.

Ballots for the Spa & Fitness Improvement Proposal will be distributed following the meeting. All Regular Members, as shown on the books of the Corporation at the close of business on March 20, 2023, will be entitled to vote by written ballot. Regular Members not present at the meeting will receive their voting ballot by mail.
Ballots will be received and counted by a third Party, Coachella Valley Accounting & Auditing. Ballots must be mailed in time to reach Coachella Valley Accounting & Auditing no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023. Results of the balloting will be announced on Friday, April 21, 2023. |
